How what you studied connects with your career: I strongly believe that language and literature are applicable to almost any field.  Knowing how to effectively communicate is essential, especially when it comes to helping students and their families to navigate the college admission process.  I have always had a passion for writing, languages and culture; and what better way to combine all of my interests than by traveling, meeting new people, and communicating the value of a liberal arts education? It was a clear fit.

Favorite spot on campus: The Keller Hall Secret Garden. As the name implies, it is a hidden gem on campus.

Favorite food on campus: The Cuban Panini at Passport Cafe. Nothing compares.

A question you get all the time: Are you a student?  No, I work here.

The number one reason students should check out Richmond: The University of Richmond is progressive and constantly looking to better itself for the benefit of its students.  The faculty, staff, and administration truly listen to the student voice and care to make campus a welcoming and supportive environment.   You can’t help but to love where you live.
