Sit in on a Class
There's no better way to understand the depth of the liberal arts experience at Richmond than to sit in on a class, and our Spiders in Session program allows high school seniors to do just that. During the fall semester, you can choose to visit up to two (2) classes, where you'll sit side by side with current Richmond students and meet professors who are knowledgeable in the subjects that matter most to you.
To schedule a class visit:
- View the list of available classes for Fall 2011, and take note of the date and time of the class you choose.
- Call the Office of Admission at (804) 289-8640 at least three days in advance to schedule your class visit.
We recommend that you first make plans to attend an information session and campus tour if you haven't already done so. Your visit is also a great opportunity to participate in an informational interview.
Scheduled class visits are available to high school seniors from mid-September through early December each fall. At other times of the year, you may contact academic departments directly to learn of class visitation availability.
