Besides D-Hall's dessert bar (which is my most favorite thing on this campus), I chose Richmond because of the amazing resources I could always go to for support: CAPS, the Academic Skills Center, the Writing Center, the Speech Center, etc.

Going to college is a daunting process but the University of Richmond was the only place I didn't feel so scared. UR made me feel ready to do the whole "college" thing and it was the only place I toured that I felt ready to leave my home and know that I would come out of it after four years a better person. From the small class sizes to the insanely beautiful and welcoming campus I know that I made the right decision! (Also coming from Upstate NY the winters here are nothing in comparison).
